Growth Hub pop-ups coming to town near you!

Growth Hub news

Your Growth Hub is hitting the road this spring as we venture out into the West of England and we need your help in finding prime locations for our all-new “pop-up hub.”

As the first port of call for local SMEs expanding their enterprise and support providers putting their expertise into practice, the Growth Hub is gearing up to spread the word across the West of England with a series of pop-up hubs.

Aimed at engaging with businesses from right across the wide and varied spectrum the West of England has to offer, the pop-ups will provide a chance for SMEs to receive advice from Growth Hub staff on a range of issues, including how to access support to achieve that next stage of Growth and how the Hub team can support with that. Visitors to the sessions will also have the chance to sign up to the Growth Hub on the day, to start accessing expert business support there and then.

Sam Bell – our Senior Funding Support Officer – said: “These face-to-face sessions are invaluable for showing potential new members how they can benefit from our support. We can really engage with visitors and work with them 1:1 to gauge their business needs and discover how they can get the most out of the support on offer to help their business grow.”

Because the Growth Hub is engaged with such a range of SMEs, the huge variety of possibilities for locations to “pop up” is endless. Businesses or organisations hosting the clinics will be sending out a strong message of commitment to helping the West of England business scene thrive through the growth of SMEs and will see the benefits of opening their doors to the next generation of budding entrepreneurs across every sector.

Ideal locations could be West of England colleges, university business incubators, support providers’ offices, shared workspaces or even banks and funding set-ups.
