During this session Shea will share approaches, tips and understanding of cold calling that she has written about in her book ‘wise me up to cold calling’. Starting with an understanding of why we make cold calls and working through to how to make it a less daunting task. Shea will work with the group to uncover fears and discuss how individuals can eliminate these fears and any other barriers that stand in the way of a successful cold call. The session includes the use of modern day technological resources such as social media. Cold calling can be very effective if carried out with the right approach, preparation and most of all mind-set. This workshop helps you to achieve cold calling success!

Shea Heer Bio:


Shea Heer has over 20 years of sales and sales training experience, including B2C, B2B, Field, Retail, and Telephone. She is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) qualified, a Fellow of ISMM (Institute of Sales & Marketing Management) and a certified business practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She holds a NEB (Institute of Leadership & Management) management certificate, has built and runs a sideline hospitality business and has a growing YouTube channel dedicated to helping sales professionals with everything from cold calling to negotiating.
