Junior Digital Producer Programme

Cost: Free

A training programme supporting young people who are struggling to break into employment, by helping them develop in-demand skills and build confidence, and at the same time work on a project that has a positive social impact.

Cost Explanation: The Junior Digital Producers are employed by KWMC for a six-month period.

Skills developed are digitally based and include coding, animation, filmmaking and design. Training takes place within the context of a 'real life' project where students work with local people to identify a need and produce work that aims to create positive social change. Part of the training also involves the course managers facilitating introductions between students and industry employers where they have the opportunity to network and share their work. Service is primarily aimed at young people aged 18-24 who are unemployed, ideally living in South Bristol.
