GetSet For Growth is a funded programme to help SME's overcome the two biggest barriers to growth – access to customers and access to finance

Through a tailored and flexible programme of master classes and hands-on 1:1 expert advice, GetSet for Growth works to build your knowledge, skills and confidence, putting you in a stronger position to build your business. They focus on up-skilling so that you’ll be able to make better, more informed decisions about your strategy for growth and be well prepared to take your business to the next level.

Business Strategy - The team will work with you to determine the best opportunities, create your growth action plan and ensure you’re equipped with the leadership and management skills to effectively implement it.

Accessing finance - Expert finance advisors will help you identify, apply for and secure the money you need to hire people, develop new products, enter new markets, expand your premises and build your business.  They'll also support you post funding.

Marketing strategy - Commercial marketing experts will help you develop effective marketing and sales strategies that generate more money from more customers and give you the tools and confidence to action them.

Custom support - flexible and tailored for different stages of the business journey so that the support you receive is customised to meet your needs;

Master classes - fully funded master classes are practical sessions, delivered by experts, designed to add value to your business and help you extend your professional network with other local business owners.

1:1 advice and coaching - team can meet you at your premises or in our offices – whatever and whenever suits your schedule, and you’ll benefit from personal guidance to take your business to the next level.  *Selected clients will be invited to receive further 1:1 sessions, subject to the payment of a one-off administration fee of £60 inc VAT
