This workshop is ideal for business owners, managers and employees who want to give themselves more space and time and improve productivity.

There will always be only 24 hours in a day - that’s a fact, yet how many times have you heard yourself say that you just wish you had more time?

What you really need most is more space, not more time.  You need space to think, to plan and to decide, so that you can be in a productive state and get things done.  And you need a system to help you with that.

Based on David Allen's approach to getting things done, the workshop covers:

  • The 6 horizons of Purpose
  • Perspective and control - how to get the right balance of each so that you move from victim of circumstance to captain and commander.
  • The 5 steps that need to become habit.

 During the workshop, we will also explore some tips and tools for planning;

  • Taking back control, and the 5x50 productivity formula.
  • The art of saying "NO", and rules of engagement.

And for the inevitable times when you feel overwhelmed, we also include a few techniques for managing stress.

There will be plenty of opportunity for rich discussion and for learning from each other.
