Food safety advice
Whether you're a café or restaurant owner, farmer or butcher, as a food business operator you are required by law to ensure that your business is producing and selling safe goods.
Your local food safety team can equip you with the right tools to get you started. This includes everything from pre-build advice to ensuring your kitchen is compliant and producing your food safety management system.
All businesses involved in the production, distribution or selling of food must register their company with their local authority 28 days before commencing trading and have a food safety management system in place.
