Thrive at Work West of England

Our Thrive at Work programme has been designed to support business leaders with the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce. With Covid and national restrictions in place, supporting the mental health of your staff is more prevalent that ever. We’ve developed an e-Learning module in partnership with Mind, the leading mental health charity, to make sure your managers feel confident supporting mental health in the workplace.

We give you guidance on implementing the Mental Health at Work Commitment and Mental Health Work Standards. 

Peer Networks

Peer Networks is a peer-to-peer networking programme for SME leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. ​

There are places available for West of England businesses who have operated for over 1 year, a turnover of over £100,000 per annum and more than 5 PAYE employees. 

Use this programme to:

  • Overcome business challenges ​and act on new opportunities​
  • Build a trusted network of ​connections to support you ​now and in the future ​
  • Improve your long-term personal ​and business performance​
  • Receive support to help you tackle ​the short-term issues that are ​affecting your business now, ​including those related to Covid.

Be the Business Advisory Boards programme

Be the Business Advisory Board initiative brings small groups of senior leaders together online to add external ideas and perspective to the thinking of ambitious small businesses. It was created as a way for the West of England’s leading companies to support the small and medium sized businesses that form the backbone of the regional economy.
