Businesses are matched to a consultant and supported with up to 4 days of hands-on guidance to develop and enhance your web presence.
The support is fully funded and tailored to each company’s requirements, giving you access to the expertise you need to develop a strong ecommerce presence in market.

About the programme
The programme, delivered in partnership with TechSPARK, is designed to help small businesses get online, enhance online presence, or better promote an existing online offering by adopting new technology or new digital practices. By helping you to build and strengthen your digital presence, the programme aims to enable growth and boost your business' resilience.
Businesses will be matched to a consultant and supported through up to 4 days of hands-on support to develop and enhance their web presence.

The programme can help you:
- Develop an online presence, for example creating a new website or social media presence
- Increase engagement with customers online, such as developing your digital marketing strategy or adopting a new customer relationship management system
- Start selling products online, for example setting up an ecommerce platform
Eligibility
Eligible businesses will be based in the West of England (Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset), and be an SME with 5 - 250 employees.
